Full spectrum through entire growth, or narrow spectrum and stage growth?

What is the best method to creating potent bud?
1) Full spectrum lighting from like 2700k-6500k throughout the entire process?
2) Staged spectrum lights: Cloning? Veg? Flower?
3) What about the possibility of taking this even deeper and sweeping the spectrum during of the stages from high to low or low to high?

2700k
3500k
4100k
5000k
5500k
6500k

Alot of people mix it up by adding some 6500k cfl's to their flower room. Interested as well.

Not sure it does much in veg. I think the pretty common consensus is it increases resin/terpenes if used in flower. But yield is slightly less than if you go all hps. Now I just use the bluer hps bulbs. kinda splits the difference imo

Im doin a 1:1 ratio grow of 2700k and 6500k bulbs (all CFLs), and I'm bout to harvest one of my plants in about a week...you can see my grow in my sig, but I think mixing specs is a good idea in 12/12 light! When vegging I only use 6500k bulbs. I feel like most people flower mostly with 2700k bulbs, and usually add a few 6500k bulbs in to the mix, like a 3:1 ratio of 2700k to 6500k

Yeah i'm curious about this and might give it a few tries.

Full spectrum is best. Plants respond better to a wide spectrum. 5000k for clones n veg. Then in flower 20% 660nm red. 20% 630nm red. 40% 2700k warm white and 20% 4200k neutral white. Plants pull and utilize what they need at what ever stage they are at. Like the sun
