Fungus Gnat??

I have a plant that is starting 4th week of flowering. Have had some fungus gnats (I think). I saw a couple flying around while in VEG and thought I had gotten rid of them. Now in flower, sticky trap shows this guy under a microscope in the first pic. (it is pretty small on the yellow sticky trap)

I didn't think they were such a big deal, but my plant is not doing well. Are these indeed fungus gnats? Leaves are already starting to yellow and I think the gnats are causing root damage even though there aren't really tons of them flying around. Should I spray top of soil with h2o2? Azamax? Or is it too late into flower for anything?

the abdamum looks larger on yours and i dont see mandables on mine eigher. so not sure sorry

Your yellowing problem is not due to fungus gnats.

Last watering was 1600 runoff ppm

nitrogen def, there consuming all the nitrogen from the leaves

I'm no expert at diagnosing plant problems.......especially when I know nothing about your grow.
Your room would have to be filled with fungus gnats before there would be enough larvae in the soil to cause a problem........a lot of people just ignore them. Adult flyers pose no threat to the plant.

Mix one part peroxide with four parts water, and pour it through the soil at the root zone until it begins to come out of the base of the pot. The peroxide kills fungus gnat larvae on contact. Neem oil is also an effective soil drench to combat fungus gnat larvae

Ok - the guy at the hydro store recommended watering with 1/2 gallon plain PH water prior to feeding a full nute feed. I told him that water comes right out of the plant as soon as I water.

Don't listen to the guy at the hydro store. Most are just cashiers and don't know anymore about growing than a cashier at Target.

Im not pro but you should test your soils ph. Seems like your ph lockout

Also depending what your feeding them. You should never let the medium get bone dry or you will get salt build up. What are your runoff ppms

Pour enough feed in to get a half litre running out of the bottom and test it, if you've been letting it dry or not maintaining run of your ec will be high but if it's hungry it'll be lower by up to 30/35%

1600 PPM after feed and 380 or so after a water-only feed.

So your feeding at 1600 ppm if so theres your problem right there nut lockout do to high ec

The plant was drying out too much. When watered - the runoff came out immediately. I did what the guy at the hydro store suggested and it does look much better now.
