Way too many suggestions. The first reply was the correct one. No pest strips, period. They are $5 each and work for everything! It's so crazy to read about people using all these crazy time consuming and costly methods when all you have to do is hang a 6" "air freshener" in your garden and everything with more than 2 legs is dead in a couple of days with absolutely zero harm to your plants.
This guy wasn't kidding!!! I went through all that other nonsense of trying to fight them the organic way because I didn't want to harm the plants. I just put one of these up yesterday and now it's looking real nice!!!.
My question is does this stuff go into the plants then into my lungs? I'm a little nervous about that.
Thanks
I like to wipe my leaves off with a clean damp sponge after treatment. And, I spend less than 1 hour per day in the garden when using this product. If you are really worried about exposure, a dust mask couldn't hurt. Bottom line, just spend the minimal amount of time possible in your garden during the time you are using them. I don't think you should use these 24/7 for preventative. Put them in 7 days for mites and 7-14 days for fungus gnats depending on severity of infestation. Then, remove them, bag them for future use, and clean your leaves. I don't use them on plants beyond week 2 of flower.
