Fungus?

Some of my clones are showing signs of disease but I’m not sure what… and it’s only one particular strain, my other clones are fine… any thoughts?

They just got fed and I tested the runoff water and the PPMS were 360! The feed itself is only 170 PPMS so why is the runoff so high? I also tested the runoff from a tray of just rockwool soaked in water and it was 310… wtf?!
 
I've never worked with rockwool, and my hydro knowledge is limited. Maybe flush?

I hope someone can come in and help solve this
