Furnace and ac for multiple grow rooms

Need ideas for heat and maybe ac in three grow rooms, these are all hooked together each room is 2x4 construction with insulated walls ceiling and floors two flower rooms size 6x6x8 and veg room is 4x6x8 when I was using hps and mh I had know problems with heat. Switched to all leds and now room are too cold and have to use small electric heaters to get the temps right. Looking for some ideas ac is no big deal I grow outdoors in summer but would be nice option thanks.

Step one, reduce air flow if you can keep humidity under control.

Co2 burners maybe, not to pricey to setup but will definitely increase running costs, I’ll be using one next winter when I’m all the way led.

Alternate 12 hr cycles in flower rooms,so air from where lights are on goes to the lights off room.
I struggle with heat also,tapped into my NG furnace ducts to keep my room warmer.

Scrubbing air rather then venting out side helps a ton.
