it'll droop but she'll pick up in a day or two. i don't use direct light on my new clones, just something i have done over the years works better for me

I have a very similar situation going on right now, but am using a dome. It might work w/o a dome if you manage to keep your leaves wet. From what I've read, the only way a clone can feed is threw its leaves since it has no roots yet. Hope it works out for ya:bigjoint:

can u elaberate on the bold part??
the ambient light from the veg room is all i use to get my clones going. some old school dude way back told me they will root faster if they aren't trying to deal with direct light. i was having problems before with domes, ect but not since then. my temps stay in the upper 70's and i have been more than 80% successful in my clones living. i only use a rooting hormone in water to start my clones. if they aren't going to veg right away I stay with the hormone if they are then i use a tiny bit of veg nutes per qt of water when water them.

ps i don't use the dome tops either.

you really don't need to feed the clone, just stimulate root growth imo.

too much light imo.

clones dont need much light at all

i've never cloned without a dome. id consider possible foliar feeding. it's not necessary per se, but it is beneficial.

I've cloned and never used a dome or misted them but the temp was always around 80-84 and I also never use any rooting gels or powders or pellets (if u are organic those will hence to make ur clones organic) my clones where in the open spots in my veg plants space and i never had a lost lil girl (thank Mother Nature).
Great luck to u bro!!!
