Alright well I have a friend who can apparently get some of this from his home town, and so I told him to pick me up some. Since then iv been reading up about it, but have heard so many different things.

Anyone grown or smoked this? Rumor has it, that there is no pure g-13. Apparently the clone that was stolen from the goverment lab, was a male.

Hightimes rated the potency of it at 25%+

hum bug, well the kid said he might even be able to get me a seed or two, I guess ill let you guys know what happens.

Theres gotta be someone on here that has grown it though, or smoked it? anyone?

G-13 is only avalaible in clone form. I doubt it will be real g-13 but look and see. Search what g-13 smells like and check it out but I still doubt it'll be real.

Yeah iv read up about it alot, and I know how it will taste, and smell. I really dont think it will be real G-13. They do have seeds for G-13 crosses though, has anyone ever grown a g-13 cross??

hey dudes you should look up my g 13 post. also check my grow journal, im growing g 13 haze x ? its smells soo good but Im not sure what its crossed with. its soma seeds g 13 haze x,....... thats all I know.

I think the story of it originating in a government lab is a myth, perpetuated by films such as American Beauty. NIDA is the only organization I know of that grows marijuana for government and research purposes (at the University of Maryland, I believe,) and what they grow is ditch weed from before the era of extensive breeding. Seeds and all, my friend. Whenever you hear of studies being done with cannabis, this is the marijuana that is used. Despite the poor quality, it's dispelled many of the lies the DEA has been telling for years.

No one is sure why the strain has the name it does, so far as I know.

I've grown G13 and it didn't resemble any of the pics now I see advertising G13 crosses.

The one I worked with grew quite tall, around 5ft indoors under a total of 3000W-HPS. The main colas were mostly around 12" long, quite slender, but rock solid with granite calyces. I have pics but my bud-photography wasn't up to much back then. The plants were obtained from cuttings and the original source is an unknown.

G13#1 by pukka seeds - a beauty to grow, had no problems, big yields, very dark leaves, classic taste, and yes it is strong!

hey david, that is some killer looking g 13. Ill have to check pukka seeds out foresure. Did the g 13 plant you grew have massave leaves? because mine does and its only 3 feet tall??

G13 is a "mystical bud" because it is the only bud that the national growers in 1991 grew for national medicinal marijauna users. The 12 remaining patients still recieve this strain only today. It is very potient. It is not "super" or "extrodinary" but i will say my friend grows it and its off the hook

yes mine did have big leaves t dub c, they were also very dark indeed, grew darker as plant went further into flower - must say yours are looking very healthy, how long 'til you switch to flowering?

g-13 armagedon, anything....i got a ten pack of the seeds for free when i ordered some other ones and i searched for it but found nothing!

I feel the same way, once i was at this festival and a guy had some purple sticky bud, it was oozing resin out, man it looked good as fuck! the dude wouldnt sell it, but i did manage to get him to smoke a lil with me! never ever seen anything like that except that. only in pics on the net have i seen bud that good. Every time i hear some1 say they got some G-13, 99% of the time, its just some really bomb ass bud. Most ppl probably just say its G-13 to flip it real quick
