Man,
I gotta tell you, when i came across this company that boasts an unbreakable bong, i was pretty amazed. (www.g-spot-bong.de) I decided to go and order one of their "panzerschliff" bongs. after i made the order and my custom piece was made they shipped the piece via DHL International and said to me it would be here within ten business days at the latest. Well its been i believe roughly 18 business days since the order was initially shipped out. and everytime i check my packages status. It has not moved since the 4th of february. Im just saying, if you plan to order form these people. dont expect your shit on time. I emailed the company and they said it should be here by the 23rd at the latest. Well, if it hasnt left germany yet. Then i doubt it'll be here tomorrow. I feel fucking cheated.:cry:

on the phone they will tell you whatever you want a hear,,another operator will answer tomorrow,,and say the same thing,,,they are prolly a small company waiting to ship a HoLE bunch of stuff instead of a lil

Well, that makes sense, and they seem totally legit and a few smoke shops i know of have their pieces, so i know they SHOULD be a legit company, im just growing weary. especially since i already have a tracking number and my piece is supposed to be "on its way" and its literlaly been sitting in germany since the 4th i have tracking numbers for both USPS and DHL and both of them say the package is in germany still. I wouldnt be so upset, it just seriously does not make sense that i pay like 60 bucks shipping only to recieve my package hella late

Right, i'd use you to ship. lol. I guess i'll keep everyone posted. Apparently USPS didnt have any mail for my address today. so tomorrow is the end of their deadline. We'll see. I just hate how they are saying one thing, and another is happening. If they would have simply said "sir, your package may take upwards of a month and a half to get to you" i wouldnt be so stressed.

use some papers till it gets here,,and use a HoLE bunch,,stress leads to high blood pressure or depression,,,take a deep breath,,klik your heels together 3 times and say,,,My bongs comng home,,my bongs coming home,,my bongs coming home,,,then smoke lotsa joints til it gets here

So, Today, I talked to Dieter from G-spot, Pretty nice guy. I explained the situation and told him my bong never arrived. Apparently what is happening now is he is oging to process a reclaimation of the lost products, And send it back out to me again, Or he is going to all together blow me a new bong and send it out to me all over again. Idk what it is lately, but i have been having problems with online company's lately. However this particular problem isnt the glass companys(G-spot) fault. but rather their shipping company(DHL International). If my second package gets lost, i'm simply going to ask for a refund, cause its a bit stressful when a 425$ package randomly gets lost.

You always gotta wonder what happened to the package right? I wonder if its really "lost"... some asshole probably took it huh? But glad for you that everything is getting settled.. hopefully youll have your new bong soon. I feel your pain tho. Sometimes it seems like Murpheys law revolves around me.. lol

i know about the shipping issues, i dropped 2100 on a new camera body and lens bought from an online retailer! everything is going along fine until the ups guy leaves the box on the porch and someone stole it. if it is an important item then you should always request the send to require a signature so you know what is going on.

Well he said that he processed a reclaimation for the package. then he said that he is going to make me a duplicate of the order and send it out to me, so technically i will have 2 bongs w/ accessories coming my way. and i just have to send one of the orders back when they arrive. Its pretty tight, these people are nice ass hell. Great customer service.

absolutely, with pictures and a post saying how pleased i am. lol. these guys have had a couple issues but i still think their awesome. at least they wont send me the wrong pipe like EDIT did lolz.

Apparently,
At long last, my bong is sitting, WAITING, at the post office down the street. The problem is, i didnt get the pick up notice until about 4:30, and of course. post is closed on sunday. So RAIN SLEET OR SNOW i will be waiting for the office to open at 8:30 on monday. First thing i do, i will take pictures. then post. man, these pants are nifty. LOL

UGH, so, i managed to catch a letter of seizure instead of my bong. This bothers me quite a bit, considering the pipe is brand new and clean,m there should be no problems. I checked the local laws prior to even shipping this piece. Also, i have ordered multiple pipes from different european countries, (Grasscity.com/ Everyonedoesit.com) and absolutely NONE of those pipes were seized. Does anybody know of any way i can combat this seizure as an un-lawful reposession or something?:wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall:

Man sounds like you have gone thru some bullshit..Id make em just give you the refund and be done with it. If you got 400 bucks to spend id just hit a local headshop so you know nothing will happen too it lol.

assuming the company will throw me a refund after a seizure, i will have no problem doing that. I just really wanted to sport their product. Apparently my package was shipped with insurance, so they better refund me, or keep sending them til i get one. lol. SOMETHING.:cry:

Man I'm sorry to hear this it always happens to me and it stresses me out. My friend used to work for fedex that asshole stole at least 4 lcds, Ipods, money and just ridiculous stuff. You really need to be careful.
