I have 2 sativas G13-haze, white shark and another UK cheese have been in vegitative for 13 weeks under NPK of 3-2-3 and nother 3 weeks of this fertilizer 24% N Total Nitrogen 13% NS Nitrogen Nitrate 11% NA Nitrogen Ammoniacal 6% PO Nitrogen Phosphorus 12% KO Soluble Potassium 1.2% Mg Soluble Magnesium (=1.2% Mg) 0.02% B Soluble Boron 0.04% Cu Soluble Copper (as Chelate form EDTA) 0.1% Fe Soluble Iron (as Chelate form EDTA) 0.05% Mn Soluble Manganese (as Chelate from EDTA) 0.01% Mo Soluble Molybdenum 0.01% Zn Soluble Zinc (as Chelate from EDTA) all under 250W HPS Dual spectrum I'm going flowering this week, I have other types of this fertilizer to match flowering and the indica/sativa. plus another 250W HPS dual spectrum to make it 500W totall what is the average yield i should expect from the 2 sativas and the UK cheese? (white shark keeping it as mother plant)

There are so many variables that your question, in the end, will be answered by your plant and how you flower it! I know that's not what you want to hear and your going to hear more that you don't want to hear also........So then----
As a rule of thumb. 1 oz. per gallon of pot size is the accepted average. That said, I might venture the Cheese in pic one might go 3+ and the combined amount for the other 2 might be between 3-4+. It's next impossible to be accurate in guessing at this point. They have to stretch and start flowering. Then it's up to you to feed properly and of course the finish is going to be important for the overall quality.
I might suggest a staggered harvest. What I mean is to start harvesting from the top buds on down as they progressively mature.....That should help your overall quality with the lighting you have in use.

alright well thats fair enough, lets say in that case I will try to optimize the conditions in my room and let the babes decide their own yield.

after 16 days of the flowering, i want to flush each one of 60L of water and EC 1.3, then dry out the plant for 5 days then boost it with EC of 1.8
is it true that it maximize the amount of flowers produced by the plant??

What method are you running? Soil, hydro, Coco? In any of those I don't see what a flush would do for you in the way you intend it to help.
At the end of 3 weeks into flower I might boost my P&K from the flowering base NPK to like 4-10-9 total. Maybe add a Bloom Booster again at the start of the last 2 weeks before the final wash......But that still all depends on what type of grow this is. And your skill level.....

well this is my first time growing actually. I'm growing hydro (ebb and flow) from the beginning, started in rockwool then transplanted to hydroton clay.
Well this method relies on flushing the plant with a mild solution then dry it out in order to get as much oxigen to the roots. then you shock the plant with an EC of 1.8
that way the plant will produce maximum amount of flowers at that time.
