erk, all you can do is hope. she may have been set back a couple of days if she was without water, but remember these are hardcore plants that really can handle almost anything you throw at em. There is a school of thought- i dont follow it- that say you should hurt your plant about a week before the chop to make it shit more crystals but i disagree with that. Im sure it does make it more crystally but it dont seem right to do- its like raising a pony and braiding its maine and taking good care of it but then taking it out riding for the first time with spurs and a whip. (thank you terry pratchett!)
