Theres debate over the amount of perk slots that will be allowed for players.

As you may know COD4 had 3 perk slots, rumours have been flying round the interwebs saying COD:WAW will have UP TO TEN!

Which is silly. Don't listen to them.

THERE WILL BE VEHICLES!

Ranking will be the same, work your way up for better perks etc.

3 kills in a row (which was UAV in COD4) gives you recon plane.
5 kills in a row (which was air strike in COD4) gives you artillery fire.
7 kills in a row (which was helicopter in COD4) gives you DOGS!!!

That's right, a swarm of deadly dogs that tear your enemy apart MUAHAHA.

Vehicle perks

- "Extra armour" (Juggernaut for Vehicles)

- "Lightweight tank/vehicle" (Your Ride becomes Faster, but it will be Weaker)

- "Mechanic" (you can repair Vehicles to a limited extent)

- Chameleon (Adds vegetation foliage Camo for better concealment. Tank Only)

- Lubricant (Faster turrent movement. Tank Only)

- Machine Gunner (Adds a machine gun to any vehicle that can be fitted with one)
- Tank Commander (Your tank becomes the teams spawn point)

- Optics (Interior tank view for zoomed and more precise targeting)

- High-explosive (HE) Round (Does more damage to infantry and has a higher blast radius, good for taking out groups but is weak against tanks)

- Armour-piercing (AP) (Does more damage to tanks but is weak against infantry)

- Dragon (Adds a flamethrower to your tank but other weapons are disabled. Tank Only)

i really think that this game kills itself with those old weapons based on WWII modern is the way to go that why a new GRAW would crush it

The whole point is it's WW2, fighting in the pacific. It won't kill itself.
All of the old gamers from COD1&2 will be buying this game.

When they made COD4, all the stupid children from Counter strike, GR etc decided to buy it. It made the playing environment suck!

Back when COD1&2 had Mature players, it was fun!
COD4 is a good game, but the stupid kids on it are annoying as fuck!

I personally think this game will be very good.

They are using the COD4 Engine, with new skins etc, that's how they made the game so quick.

COD5 is going to be another Modern FPS, it's coming out next year I think.

By the way, the new call of duty isn't COD5, it's WAW.

i am up for it, currently owning people in cod 4 !

12 year olds are not interested in WW2 FPS, and if they are, they are not the kind of 12 year olds that come on a server saying shit like...

Most 12 year olds will stick with COD4. to be honest.

i own a 360 haven't been gaming as much recently,

i rinsed halo 3 for months! literally, everyday me and my friends were on...

renting skate at the moment, pretty fun but quite annoying at the same time.

im interested in the halo 3 thing that was just announced, and fable 2 seems as if it will fantastic!

I'm iffy about cod 5. It is made by the same people who made the POS that is cod 3, the same people who ported the series directly to console and forgot about their roots in PC games. Can only wait n see on this one.
The game I'm probably most excited for is diablo 3, if that comes anywhere close to diablo 2 it'll be great

I for one will be getting CoD5 for PC along with SC2... Im down to start up a clan man =)
