Garden Worms

Would it be possible to put garden worms in the soil of an indoor grow? Would they eat the roots? Would nutrients kill them.

I believe I’ve read before that no it’s not ideal for them in potting soil

They'll likely die. Typical garden worms where I'm from are solitary deep borrowers. Not at all the environment in a pot.

Now if you get your hands on some euro nightcrawlers of red wrigglers, you may be in business.
