hmm i dont know anymore, i was first gonna do it at the end of this month, then i thought i would LST them a litte, so then i thought maybe in 2 weeks now so they really pop.. is there an optimum veg length for each strain or could i in theory veg for as long/big i want them?

its down to the strain how long you leave them in veg and how big you want the plants to grow

most strains will double in size, if you give them a good veg time 4 weeks + and can triple in size with a short veg time 2-3 weeks

if you lst you plants, this will let the light get more into the canopy and increase your yeild

hi all

here's the plants 32 days in veg

i used Clay Pebbles for the top 4" instead of soil,
its saves on soil and i can re use the clay pebbles lots of times
i think it will help prevent bugs in the soil and make it easy to
water the plants (top of the soil does not dry out as quick)

the plants are growing healthy but the plants are growing a little slower than i thought they would so i will give them 3 days more before i top and lust them, and then flower 5 days later,

so i will give them 40 days in veg

This is how my plants are looking
there is a lot of difference between my plants so i am going to put all the strongest plants under one light and the smaller plants under the other light and because these plants are growing slow i will not top them

but still want to flower them next Friday but will have to see how they look

hi all
couple of days ago i fim my super silver haze plants and remove some of the top fan leaves on each plant hoping to increase my yield

i have taken cutting 3 cutting from the best looking 4 plants (super silver haze and 3 cutting from my from my high yielding strain)

and out of the 4 ssh plants I will find a large high yielding plant

I think emma will be the best plant out of all the ssh but time will tell and i will open a different form and show how i take cutting
keep the in an order so i know you know which cutting came from which plant

hi about time i did an update

This is how my plants are looking now under the 2 x 600w mh air cooled hoods,
The air cooled hoods are keep the temps low so i can get the light 10" from the plants and
still keeping canopy temps round 28c and the room temp 26c

one of the plants are starting to grow buds (large yielding plant) and has round 10 main bud sites at the top of the plant

All the plants are growing well and looking healthy, and still got 1-2 weeks before they all start growing buds

too bad we cant exchange a little bud, and discuss our grow over a spliff mixed with SSH and NL

The buds are starting to grow :weed:

and your ideal about nl, ssh joint sounds real good

That's the hardest thing about growing weed, not being able to talk to anybody about it (takes a couple of people, you have a good chance of getting raided or robbed)
and the main reason I come on here,

I am the only one that has seen my set up and grow room, I do every thing from start to finish
