Gelat.og looking weird. Rust fungus?!?!

As the title says, one of my gelat.og plants has started turning orange/brown on the sugar leaves. Her 2 sisters look fine. There's also 2 critical purple kush in the tent that are close to finished.

My buddy suggested it looks like rust fungus. Something I hadn't even heard of before last night.

I have since pulled the plant from the tent and have it in isolation by herself while I try to confirm 100% it's what we think it is.

Has anyone encountered this before?

I'll keep it isolated if we're unsure, but if it's what we think it is ,obv it's going in the trash asap.

Side note

The spots aren't crispy or dry at all, if you touch them it's the same as any other sugar leaf, sticky

This image is what makes me think rust fungus. See how the rust color is bumpy like on the trichomes and not just the leaf?

Yep I see it.

I've did a little searching online this morning and from the pics I've seen, it sure looks like it. I'm pretty sure you were correct from the start lol.

Sigh my first early fatality since I started growing lol

I'm just glad you were around when I asked, it may have saved the remaining 4 plants in the tent finding out as quick as I did lol.

Gonna keep a close eye on them
