Man I flushed like 4 days ago and already added some slow release fertilizer and put like 2 ml of some sugar peak liquid in a gallon I feel like that’s completely harmless I hope I’m right but I’ll for sure be watering just ph water for the next 3 weeks
Well then give it time. Keep track of the deficiencies and/or toxicity. See if it’s spreading, if not you’ll be good. If it’s moving flush again. Attached is my last plant. Unfortunately for me I have a nitrogen toxicity at the beginning of flower. Burned my plants and even started burning my buds :( at the end of the day I still ended up with 94g at harvest!

And I gotta do some more research about that ro water honestly until like 2 weeks ago I didn’t know what it stood for
Reverse osmosis. It’s pure water lol but very good for organics because it doesn’t have nasty stuff in it. Attached is some left over residue from my humidifier. (I use tap water) all that was just from a few gallons of tap water! Not good lol

That build up is disgusting that’s probably what’s causing the burn to my plants but man almost 4 ounces isn’t bad I’ll take that for 1 plant how long did you veg and how did you go threw the whole flowering stage and not fix the problem?

Day 40: I think the random bag seed is a boy. No sign of pistilate/pistils. Round preflowers. Pretty sure a boy. The gelato 41 on the left is most definitely a woman

Yoooo I just got some ro water I’m thinking about making a switch . Do you think it might shock the plants maybe ? I’m kinda nervous because the ph is like 8.2

Don’t be nervous. Won’t shock the plants. Just ph down, I grow 100% organics so I don’t ph my water. Although there is debate wether or not to ph growing organically. I don’t rely on ph for my plants to uptake nutrients, instead I am more concerned about the cationic exchange going on in my soil.

In quick terms my microbes poop out the mineral form of the nutrient they consume in my organic matter. Everything has either a positive or negative charge. All the mineral nutrients in my soil are attracted to negative charged colloids. My roots feed off of the minerals in my soil and in exchange give off their hydrogen ion. It’s a quick summary, hard to understand sort of.

I don’t. I created my soil mix. I used 12 quarts of FFOF, 2 quarts of Malibu compost, 2 quarts of earth worm castings, 6 quarts of perlite and 2 tablespoons of dr earth all purpose 4-4-4 fertilizer. Every other 2 gallons of water I mix in 2 tablespoons of fish and kelp fertilizer with molasses and the plants really love that. Good stuff! That bottle is the ONLY thing I mix into my water. And it’s not every feeding. I rely on the bacteria in my soil to feed my plants.
How many plants you get out of that? And lets say hypothetically you transplant 3x between seedling & flower. I been having a ball getting my paws on some FFOF just got 4 bags delivered today.. but I have a few to play with. And some marine compost.

With the mix I got 2, 3 gallon containers mostly filled. It took 14 days for my plants to outgrow solo cups. It took another 14 days to fill a 3 gallon pot. I’m still getting almost an inch-2 every day in my 3 gallon pots. Before I transplant to final pots I’m checking sex of the plant. Gelato 41 is a female so she’s going to be up potted to a 15 gallon fabric pot here in a couple weeks. Just make sure when you build your soil mix you add organic matter like compost and ewc. I also added a bit of the all purpose fertilizer which will change when I flip to flower to 3-9-4.
