General Grow Box Questions

Hey I'm brand new to growing any type of plant let alone weed and I'm trying to turn my dresser/Entertainment center into a grow box. I have a series of questions so please bare with me. My goal is to produce roughly ten ounces at once. The unit i have is in two separate parts, just picture a box that is 3' wide 2' tall and 2' deep with another box that is 3' wide, 3' tall and 2' deep on top of it. Do you guys think the bottom part alone is enough to produce around ten ounces or for that amount should i use both?
p.s. i know you cant predict the yield with zero specific info I'm trying to get a ball park estimate and if my question is absurdly vague just let me know and ill try to get some more information. Clearly i havent started this project its all in my head at this point.

It's do-able in that space, depends on a lot of other factors as well. What type of lighting, ScrOG, SOG, etc. soil or hydro, CO2 enrichment to name a few. Good luck and post a thread with the result.
