I'm pre sure you should w8 till there 60% dry and then put them into curing in glass jars (what I use) and then burp them twice a day or more for the first two weeks then after that twice a week for the rest of the time you are curing...remember that when you cure it is to let the buds soak in there own juices

Fermentation is the word you r looking for..........they have to ferment.......
