Yep, only dark green leaves which initially made me think of too much Nitrogen.Don't bother with soil pH unless you went out and bought an expensive tester. Ph can vary throughout the medium, so unless you are poking holes everywhere, you aren't getting good results. Poking holes everywhere isn't good for the roots as you are bound to damage some while doing it.
@Adeski I don't see any discoloration on the leaves, just deformed looking.
@canna_420 New soil, not reused. The clones I took have the same mottled looking leaves on some, but the growth of the leaves is normal. I really think it's variegation.
What is the soil you are using and have you checked the runoff ph?Yep, only dark green leaves which initially made me think of too much Nitrogen.
....just weird looking
Run off was 6.7.... the soil is a mix of super soils augmented with worm castings, peat moss, and a little coco coir. 2 out of the 4 plants are really loving it. The 3rd is the one in question, and the 4th was a bad seed (i think) almost stopped growing after day 3.... it is catching up but looks like a bonsai tree. But i suppose if the issue is soil then its problems might be connected. What is the soil you are using and have you checked the runoff ph?
this makes the most sense, in my case I think heat was the trigger at the seedling stage. There was a heatwave.... as long as it isn't insects, she can go back in the tent with the others and we shall just see what happens. small yield is still better than no yield.I'm really leaning towards genetics. I took a closer inspection of all the plants and this leaf coloring is on all of them to some degree. Maybe a trait that expressed stronger in some than others or it is environmental trigger. The growth does not appear to be stunted or slowed at all and I'm pretty confident it isn't pest issue. Will just keep rolling.
Seem to look like wet damage. Heat, moisture from spraying old water.I am also very interested in this..... one of my Blackberry Gum Auto (seed stockers) is doing exactly the same thing. The other one is doing great, same soil mix etc, ......so It makes me think it is genetics (bad seed) as the difference between the two is amazing.
this is the problematic one. I have removed it from the grow tent ....still not sure whether to put it back with the others. It is starting to flower but still has strange growth.
The Ph might be the issue, the soil tests 6.5 or 5.0 depending on where you place the testing rod. Or it might be some sort of mite, but I can't see any even at 60x magnification. Nutrients are minimal and organic, the soil mix was rich enough (and the other plants seem to love it)

What they look like the brown on top is propagator damp type damage. Leaning against the lid in an hot prop wet moisture constantly on itthis makes the most sense, in my case I think heat was the trigger at the seedling stage. You know I rewatched shantibaba podcast this week he said when he finds genetic problems he actually flowers them just for scientific reasons. When asked about the modern phenomenon of the diseases in cannabis recently. Thanks for the input @canna_420, going to keep rolling and see how these flower.
