it'll get the job done,till the rest are done.
i do pre veg,for 2 weeks,under 24hr light,befor i move to full veg room.
i do not count the first 2 weeks of flower,that is still "veg/switch over", to me,so for most growers,
it is day 59,but as you can see,it needed 2 more weeks.
 
what is your take on the first two weeks of 12/12?
is that the start of flower for you?
or,is it just the light switch?,do start counting flowering time 2 weeks later,when the plant is starting to flower?
any & all comments welcome......
 
i start counting floering days once the plant has begun to form its firsttiny buds so after i switch to 12/12 they start flowering between 1-2 weeks
 
i am definitely no expert , in fact i havent even started flowering my first grow. ( if you have seen my journal you know that im close though : D ). In most journals i usually see people counting from the flip , not signs of bud. Hmmmm. Doesnt the flip technically start releasing ( i dont know the exact name ) the chemicals that start the flowering process right away? i mean ... even if you cant see the flower ... the plant begins flower as soon as the light change begins. This is a semi scientific question and wish we had someone here who knew how to better explain what im saying. Looking forward to more opinions on this! good question genuity , + Rep : D .

thats what we need is more input.
i still have not seen a plant done in 8 weeks,from flip.
 
this is my fairly firm opinion on the matter

when u flip the lights the plants just dont go boom ok flower time, they go through pre flower which i dont kno fuck all about i just kno they take there time to get preflowers, and then the budding begins

so i consider flower beginning of the 12/12 light cycle, but the budding cycle the actual flower time of the buds, hope i didnt confuse anyone
so it may take 9 or 10 weeks 12/12 and only 8 to fully bud

all this is thrown out the window if u get preflowers in veg, which means the plant is asking to get switched to flower, ive seen this happen

thats what im thinking,yea alot of people like to force flower,IMO,is not right
 
yeah ... im preflowering on all three of my girls right now and i havent flipped yet. Waiting a few more days for an inch or two to pack on. I cant believe they banned touchet. fdd what the fuck ... fuckin ass. Took one of the coolest growers on RIU and fucking banned him. DICK.

Touchet is the Chosen One! If you haven't seen it look up touchet's perpetual garden I bet you can't stop reading. For real gen check it out and let me know what u think. Dude has an AK 48 that's like 9 inch's tall with 50 branches. Here's a pic, He's on anther forum now but his thread is still up.

Touchet was a senior member here at roll it up. He grew , and also crossed bud. He was banned last week for allegedly conspiring to send seeds to another member here. The ban was bullshit , it was carried out by fdd. He should have been warned , not fucking banished. He has since moved to grass city. he was a veg grower and knew EVERYTHING.
