Germ to sprout in record time

Hey folks i started germinating some beans on 5-27 and today they have already broken soil.

Of course they came up with the shell on them still . Should I give them a day or two more with the shell on to develop and use stored energy before i wet them and take the shell off manually?

These beans hatched in a wet paper towel in only 12 hours and poked their heads up today.

1. Make sure there are drainage holes in the bottom of the cup/pot, and only add water until you see a little dribble out the bottom and then stop watering. Wait until the soil is almost dry again before rewatering, and I'm not talking about the topsoil being dry... Do not over water or you'll kill the plant. Under watering is better than over watering!
2. If the seedling doesn't get enough light, it will stretch (not good). Get your lights as close to the plant as possible without the heat from the light burning the plant.
3. Have a oscillating fan, or a regular fan if that's all you have, blowing just above the plant... All you want is to have a slight breeze hitting the plant. Just enough to make the leaves jiggle a little.
4. Make sure the room isn't to hot or too cold.
5. Leave it alone.

The shell will shed naturally.. Just leave it alone, and allow nature to take it's course. All you have to do is give it water, enough light, air flow (oscillating fan), and temps within the 70s for now. Don't start adding nutes, pulling and/or clipping shit off, and a whole bunch of other extracurricular crap... You'll just fuck it up.. Just be patient!
