germinated seeds in rockwool

Just wondering how wet people keep there rockwool, i have soaked them etc, they are under light just wondering how many times per day people water them or do you let them get fairly dry.
I did read that if you water to often the roots wont grow very big because they wont go "searching" for water.
Is there a set rule or do you just play it by ear?

Just keep the girls fairly moist but not constantly dripping. Moist to the touch is how I do it. It's easy to oversoak them and get unfavorable results. Good luck . -less is more, sometimes

When the tap root is exposed to overly moist conditions, your chances at survival are depleted...this time frame is when your plants are most fragile...an occasional spritz of water and nothing more would be my recommendation...
