Germinating question. Help needed

Hello,
on FEB01 I planted germinated seed(Two days in dark place/wet paper towel/room temperature). The seed got out and started to grow just like my two previous ones. BUT... Now I am starting to worry about one thing. Chute leaves went out as it should, one blade leaves which comes afterwards were OK as well, but now where 2x 3blade leaves should start to appear, there is only one leave. There is nothing else, just that one leave... The top is gone? dead? Or will come out later? But for now it looks like no more leaves are going to get out of this top.. Any opinion about this one? Here's a pic

I've seen 'em do strange stuff like that before. Good thing is that you have 2 single bladed leaves. New tops will emerge from those 2 leaves. The main top will probably not return. Here is a pic of an interesting looking plant that self topped after the first single bladed leaves also.

all you need to do is grow 1 branch really it can become the new top. if the ones before were fine with the same conditions, watering schedule, it has to be genetic.

Ok, so you say I should keep only one top? Since I had plans on LST'ing her, I thought I could use these two branches and train them to crawl opposite directions. In that case I would cover growing media faster. Do you think that would work? Or should I cut all other side branches and stay with only one?

Also I am wondering could it be the case that mutation was caused by spraying water on plant? cause I sprayed 1-3 times per day and in a place where main shoot supposed to be there constantly was a drop of water... however there is a computer fan blowing and water dries within 30-50min so maybe not..

It was on the genetic level bro. When mitois was going on there, somehow those cells thought they need to make a leaf.
