Germinating Seeds in Coco. What Will Do?

:leaf: Do any of you germinate seeds then put them straight into coco?? if you do, how is it working? what kinda success rate do u get? Do you use just water or some type of medium cleaner, superthrive, root accelerator, etc.....
 
I use coco with no problems. I germ in wet paper towel when they've cracked its straight into coco and thats it just water for the first week then weak nutes after that. Heres grapefruit and ww.

sweet..yea i've been growing for about 5 years and this is my 1st grow from seed LOL..i've just always grown clones..sometimes when i find seeds i germ them just to do it, i use the paper towel method to and stick it in a zip lock back.. a couple times i threw a whole bunch of em in a pot of "ground dirt" just to see what would happen and some of em would sprout out and survive..but i would just let them die cuz i have no outside privacy at all
 
If you can get a readily supply of clones your lucky man, me ive got no room for a mother plant so i grow from seed now, i go 12/12 straight from seed in coco get nice compact plants with plenty of bud. Ive just strated using coco after years doing NFT/DWC heres rocklock germed and grown in coco (they have a while to go yet), its good stuff mate get some decent nutes and you cant go wrong.

nice..yea the only reason i wanna grow from seed is for genetics..i cant find certain strains that i want..so i just ordered 11 different types seeds for the 1st time..here's some jilly bean i got growing right now

Looks real nice man, thats one strain ive had my eye on for a while now really wanna get some beans of this baby that and vortex. Hows she smoke mate you tried it before.
 
nope i've never even tried Jilly Bean before..seen it at the co-op's around my area but never tried it out..that vortex is a autoflower right? i was about to get a seed of it but then i noticed it was an auto
