Germinating

If you put seeds directly in moist rockwool with 1 23w CFL for warmth will seeds germinate and sprout?

Some posts say darkness but what if warmth is needed?

Any advice or input most apprecited.

Will work fine.

I put my beans straight into soil and in to my vegging room. Best thechnique I've tried so far.

Seeds need warmth and moisture to germ. That's about it.
