Germination Problems?

Okay so I recently (Thursday, 4:30 Pacific Time) wrapped my ten seeds into a wet paper towel. It is now 11:51 and five of the seeds grew taproots about a quarter of an inch long. The others are opening up a little bit, but I don't see any visible root. When should I plant the ones that have sprouted (like what length)? Is it normal for some to mature a lot sooner than the others? Thanks, ilikeweed123

i usually wait about 5 days to a week before even checking my seeds...just dont let it get too long..but dont plant it too quick..about an inch i would say personally, but anything over a 1/4 inch should be fine
