to save eletricity ...here room temp around 28 ....also i could get jiffy pellets

You should skip all the peat pellets and starter plugs...just get a cup of soil, poke the seed just barely under the surface, water it very easy and gently so the seed doesnt wash out, cover the cup loosely with plastic wrap or something and just wait...keep in a warm windowsill or under a lightTrue
Now i have clean pots with new soil (2 seeds testing ...direct soil method ) used filtered water
TOday i got jiffy peat pallet . I soak them for 10mins and plug seeds into it..so 4 seeds)
I am waiting for new batch of 6 seeds..
Last batch (dinafem bubba kush) sitil no luck sign ..almost 8 days
