OK so I was all ready to come in here and be like "Can I just get a sandwich with butter and tomato slices?" (I grew up poor, don't judge me.) And then everyone threw these pictures on here and now i'm hungry.

I use one of these with another pan on top because I don't have a panini press

or you could use 2 pans, you just won't get the grill marks

guacamole (avocado, pinch of onion powder, garlic powder, sal, pepper, and some cholula sauce)
iceberg lettuce
roma tomato
roasted turkey
topped with string cheese

it is in my belly now.
