There's nothing wrong with eating meat on a daily basis, why feel guilty after eating a steak? Generally a diet of vegetables and meat with some complex carbs (no white rice, pastas, bread, cookies etc) if needed will make one lean as can be... It's the refined carbs and sugars that get you! I eat five eggs and several pieces of bacon for breakfast just about every morning an am not at all overweight, but then have a physical job and exercise for around an hour a day on top. Cheat meals are fine once or even twice a week if your active.I'm doing house work here too. After I worked at the gym for 2.5 hours. I can eat a steak and drink beer tonight with no guilt.
