SW here. And wells are pretty bad from industry and orchards as well as crops. South of me the iron is off the charts. Have to go north of Newaygo to get safe natural water now days. And my city spikes the PH in late May - June to kill the home grows since legalization. Always test your water before use is the moral of the story.
What city does that? I get mine in wyoming.

Solo cup, coco coir, sandwich baggie dome. Pre-wet the coco with calmag water 5ml/gallon, let those drain most of the day, then plant seeds in the evening. Pop the baggies off once a day to provide fresh air literally just for a second. 20/4 lights until most or all pop then reduce to 18/6. ALL of these popped, these were ThugPug PBBs that were giving my Dad a hard time, he was 0 for 6 with peat plugs

I average high 7-high 8's. We are talking 10+ 2 years in a row in April- May. Crazy.
Thanks for the heads up, I don't recall many problems last year but the year before that definitely had some issues. Never thought they would intentionally spike the p.h but it doesn't surprise me either.

I've watched the deviousness of the church and politicians for decades here. It would not surprise me if conspired. No proof beyond insane ph levels repeatedly. And my neighbor, expensive taste landscaper, was told he was using the wrong testing methods. As well as myself when we both brought it up at a city council meeting. We it a nerve. But were dismissed as unqualified to complain.

And that is May - June. Improperly stated April- May last post. OOPS!
