No, even PayPal will not help you out.

What you see on the PayPal/credit/debit statement is different, thats what the company just sends you so you can put together 2+2 and remember what you bought and how much you spent.

Since your PayPal account is linked to a bank or credit/debit card the government can see is what you bought (if they have a suspicion of something illegal) and still trace it back to you through the information you gave to the credit card company.

Straight cash is safest.

My buddy is like a few of you on RIU. He's cautious to the point that he is limited on supplies and seeds, and does not know how to relax. Drives 1 1/2 hrs out of town to get clones. Just came back from Amsterdam with a sh*tton of Great seeds though. Never would order them online.
