Getting 2 sprouts out of just 1 seed ...

the title says it all ...

i got a 5 pack of some of TGA's Jack the Ripper's and they all germed within 2 days so that was great...
Today when i was potting them into their new homes for now... (i put them into 12 ounce plastic beer cups for the 1st few weeks)...
I noticed that 1 of the seeds had made 2 sprouts and i was acctually able to plant them into 2 seperate cups...

I have read about this happening b4 ...

The only thing is is that the 1 extra sprout is really thin and delicate looking ...
So far so good though ...


It would be great if i am able to get 6 living plants from only 5 seeds ...

That'll be cool if you get em going. Count yourself lucky

well its the next day and the little sprout has sprouted ...

it looks as if i might get 6 jack the rippers out of 5 seeds ...

This happens when the female and male seed conjoint and make a baby seed under the soil. It's a magical thing!

i had that on my last grow - white dwarfs, both survived both female
