getting caught in the uk

what would likely happen if you was caught with 4 plants in a tent. ive heard that recently the pooice are clamping down and a custodial sentence is likely. it used to be a caution with anything up to 7, or so i was led to believe

why would you expect to get caught?

it can happen, its just the mrs is paranoid that if you get caught and the police tell your place of work you can lose your job. i used to grow but have had some time away from it but she has been told that the police are clamping down on it.

4 plants is a slap on the wrist at worst

would it be an on the spot caution and what are the chances of them contacting your place of work. has anyone been caught in the uk that they would like to share?

All depends on the cops some will be nice, make you kill them and stuff and some will be down right pricks and get you for everything they can think of

even though its only four and for personal use

Check out uk420 at some point, they are more geared up to answer your legal questions...

Not a lot for 4, anymore than 6 and it changes a bit but not even that would be a custodial sentence and unlikely to inform your work place at all unless your a person of I.e teacher, social worker etc... All you after do is read the paper and there's someone in there every other day and just get community service

10 plants are the limit for personal consumption. With that it will be a fine and slap on the wrist. Anything over will then the total number will be deemed for supply ie 10 + 4 is 14 for suppl even if 4 were for supply.

The home office have discouraged police from pursuing small farmers for custodial sentNces as there is no room for inmates in the prison system.

Disguise odour, use cash at the grow shop, burn any waste and tell nobody that you grow. Use a VPN to access Internet forums and use a fake email address to sit up to sites. Don't have seeds delivered to your house or grow area. Thats Best way to stay safe.
