Do not share your info back in kind. He does not need to know you are growing. He cannot keep his stuff quiet, he sure as heck will not keep yours quiet. Seriously, follow the number one rule and keep your efforts silent. He told like two people already which is pretty bad but I'm starting to grow myself so I don't count I guess. So do you get a warning before they search or do they pretty much just walk to your door and say here's my warrant were comin in?
The cops are like sort of like Santa Claus. They know when you're awake, they know when you're asleep, they know when you've been bad or good, so for goodness sake if bad don't ever fall asleep or they will come like a thief in the night and you won't have time to destroy anything.I regret it now. But the only road to get to my house is extremely long and all dirt and very loud id see them as well as hear them and easily have enough time to destroy plants because I always keep a huge fire pit going and by the time they find it it would all be burned I think cuz its almost unbearable to stand by and thats why I have it. I've tested other plants and its literally burned to ash in less then 30seconds.
I have my collective paperwork by the front door (and posted in all grow rooms). So i would keep my recommendation or copy next to the front door.Hi all - this is my first post, which I suppose makes me a virgin. But from what I've read so far I'm going to be here often. My question is about growing in what is supposed to be a legal state - California. I have a doctor's recommendation and just recently decided to start growing. In my opinion, we are growing by the book: 6 immature (law says we can have 12); locked facility, paperwork posted. We've got a metal hallide, which we run primarily at night (we're early veg, so we're 18/6.) My husband aka "primary caregiver" is still freaking out and we've had several sheriff helicopter fly-overs (2-3 per night for the last week or so.) I'm feeling fairly comfortable with the whole thing and he's ready to pull the plug. We live in the bible belt of California (Central Valley) but our county defers to state regs...my favorite dispensary is in the same commercial complex as a sheriff's substation. So - what has anyone heard and or experienced? Should we be concerned?
This is the truth. While there is still a chance that some old timer might still mess with you, if you stay within your legal rights you will me fine. This is based on you being in a medicinal state. If you are legal, they will leave you alone.
