getting close

Been growing for a few years and have always harvested by the pistals colors and just know when to. Bought a microscope this year to watch the trichomes develope!! Wondering if it makes a big difference on the high u get when u harvest cloudy vs amber trichomes? Mine now are mostly milky, so waiting for a while any way, and a few still clear. Should i wait for amber or a 50/50 ratio? Don't like couchlock buzz. I think i have been doing to much research for my own good! Never had a problem before but now after reading lot's of info not sure what i should do. The strain is web toe.

If you dont like couchlock then harvest soon. The amber trichs cause the couchlock high. Personally I like them myself when they are milky/clear. I also believe that the flavor and smell change as they ripen further. Its up to you though

I usually harvest at 15-20% amber. If you go to 50 a lot of times you'll have started losing THC, you'll get a good couchlock but not as much of a high.
