Mate it wouldn't work.
Campervans are shit for keeping out external sources. This being down to light, heat and smell.
First of all you'd have to insulate that thing like a bitch (with a lot of stripping to create the space).
Secondaly, a windmill, a solar panel, etc, are gonna be a LOT of hassle. You'd have to basically cover the campervan in solar panels to power it, and you'd have to add the cost of proper batterys and invertors to get that stored.
and the same would apply to windmills.
If you can get a site which has a plug-in point then your fine, but thats gonna cost you electric.
And england at the moment is like freezing, snow today apparantly. Outdoors would be SO hard for you to do, and in a caravan is basically that, so its gonna be too hard mate.
You probally could pull it off with quite a lot of money but why not just use that money on something more efficent and simpler? A closet grow or something?
