Getting Ready For My Harvest,HELP!

Ok,so im a first time grower and i have mine outdoors.I got a clone from a friend who guarenteed a female and that he was right on.Alls i know is that its a cross breed of northern lights and haze.I take good care of her,every one of her leaves are a nice green and she looks so healthy.So right now,shes in her flowering stage,been budding for a little over 3 weeks now and im curious when i should harvest.Doesnt look like the buds are fully developed yet but they are looking awesome and smell great! Alotta white hairs but very few amber hairs and alotta crystals around the buds and leaves.One method im gonna try is with the magnifying glass that im still waitin to be delivered so i can check the tricomes because of some videos i watched on youtube because i do alotta research on this stuff but theres so many diff opinions.Now,what bugged me last night is a friend of my brothers was trying to tell me that i have to cut ALL the leaves cus im gonna loose all the THC which cant be true at all!I do my own trimming and i try to remove all the fan leaves top to bottom after theres a couple sets of leaves grown after each fan leaf.Overall i dont wanna ruin the plant by keepin her growing for too much longer so im lookin for some input from experienced growers and for things i can look for to know when its definetly time to harvest cus i know i only got a few weeks left.Thanks everyone! I also dont get any discolored leaves,but its been gettin a litttle colder at night and was wondering what it means when i get those few leaves with holes in them?

might have bugs of some sort

Don't cut the leaves off your growing Plant! Also pics or it didn't happen.

Won't know until that magnifying glass comes in. You probably have a good 3 weeks to go. Without a magnifying glass I guess you'd have to go based on the hairs, which you want almost all of them to turn color.

Yea i think thats my best but like i said theres so many different opinions i always thought alotta amber hairs meant shes just bout ready but i also read somewhere thAt you want a 50/50 white/amber color so idk

I know shes gettin there some buds have a good amont of amber hairs but some dont but when i pinch off a few fan leaves my fingers get so fucking sticky and the smell is unreal! As soon as i can figure out how to post some damn pics ill get em up and let everyone be the judge.I just emailed them all from my phone hoping it will be easier to figure out from my laptop then my iphone.Thanks for the input!

You've got quite a few weeks, easily another month to feed and take care of your plants to make some nice dense tasty buds. Be patient.

My guess would be sometime around Halloween shell be ready for harvest. Though I am just a beginner.
