Depends on what they were sent in first time, you could ask for stealth packaging in with a DVD as an example.
And not knowing where you are doesn't help, as if we knew then others in the same State/Country would be better at advising you.
DVD usually ends up bad as what i saw from news. From Turkey btw. They just confirmed they wont be sending in a Card like last time. Hope this will work.
