Getting Started

Hi,

Im New, First Post, Yada Yada Yada, I am interested in growing marijuana for personal use, not a major operation at all just a couple of seeds, some lights and some smoke at night.

I Understand that a first step is to purchase seeds, I dont understand what kind of seeds i should be getting, Feminized, Male, Female. I just want to grow and be able to grow for how ever i want, I have been reading threads, Widow Maker Thread is fantastic but leaves me asking for more.

So i have these problems/Questions.

1) Recommended Seed type from Nirvana Seed Website.

2) Growing.

3) And being able to Grow some More.

1. personal preference... northern lights, white widow, and several others are very easy to grow, and are decent trains to smoke. I had cali. orange from them, and blue widow, and they were both doing very well.

2. start reading. Check out "I grow chronic" on utube, and there are several others, but I found that one in particular very helpful while planning.

3. look at cloning.. there is a section on it in the video I just mentioned.. helps you figure out the important things in your grow that you can fine tune, as you learn, and also gets into cloning.. but you will have a few months from start to worry about it and learn about it before it's an issue

Is it 100% guarantee when ordering seeds? I Will use the Nirvana Website that is recommended, I would like to purchase Northern Lights as i have had it before and it is great. Seems too good to be true?

My friend, you should learn as much as you can about growing before you attempt. Major things you should read up on is about lighting spectrum, how to hide your operation, etc...

Go in the F.A.Qs section and learn as much as you can. As for the question about which strain you should go with, I'd highly recommend Northern Lights, their easy to grow, short and not too smelly, and the high is amazing! Perfect for the beginner!
