Yes- artificial light made to cover the spectrum as much as by possible to mimic sunlight. Also- I grow indicas that are usually found further from the equator- I really don’t care if you don’t want to try it or of you think it is wrong- OP asked for advice and I gave mine- don’t let it ruin your day. My experience is it works well for me. My buds never stop swelling right up to harvest. I have beautiful well developed colas. Many pictures in my Canopy thread- it shows weekly progress and I had some finishing at 8 weeks- which we all know is the target given by most seed banks that we think is bunk- to sell seeds.
Also I never go to 12/12- I drop to 11.5 light 12.5 off and steadily drop from there-
