GH nutrients

I’ve been reading through threads looking for a nutrient to start using I want to go back to basics and see how it does without pushing nutes to the max.

I’m concidering GH although in Eu I can only buy GHE are these exactly the same?

I’ve seen @Airwalker16 mention he follows the below chart and it’s working perfectly. Although that was 3 years ago. Does anyone still use it and does it work well?

I think that the ingredients are the same for both GH and GHE. I use the charts on the bottles not exactly the same I just work around them according to which stage i am at. You can choose between softwater and hardwater flora micro. I still use additives basically i add magnesium sulfate and I don't need to add calcium as I have hardwater already and I mix a little bit of softwater flora micro which has calcium as well. I found that MJ generally require more magnesium than is provided with GH. Also I found the Nitrogen to be very efficient in uptake so take it easy with that. It is good all in all but I have limited experience with other brands so you can get second opinions. Good luck.

my tap water is 100PPM (ec x 500) you reckon I should go with softwater micro?
