nah mate, why you ask? i assume they used the same parents to make this latest batch or they may have possibly used a dog reg instead of the original cut because a few people (myself included) have had nanner problems with it. i'll be getting a cpl packs on my next order to see if i can find any ribena phenos that oooze that resin.
cheers for the advice man but i already pretty much know how this grow is gonna come out seeing as i have this strain dozens of times. come week 3 i will be cutting yet more away from these ladies. i don't go for the thick full canopy like i used, to i am more interested in overall quality and consistency these days so i like a bit of room for air movement. and yes the thin leaves are down to the genetics pretty much.

I hate to burst your bubble, but i can guarantee you by looking at your plants that you are not going to get the best out of those plants potential and its because they are lanky and thin (i mean thin as in not bushy - not the leaves being thin).
You realize that leaves are how the plant creates energy right? Why on earth do you think that a thick and full canopy results in less 'overall quality and consistency'? No offense, but that is utterly ridiculous. If you think you can't get good airflow with bushy plants you are wrong

I believe you like to burst bubbles (there are no bubbles to burst here) and by saying no offence you actually intend to cause as much offence as possible while dressing it up as advice.
I know exactly what you mean about the canopy ghb the quality is better. Imo it's about better light penetration rather than airflow.

lets just say i like to do things my own way, i get 1g per watt and 4 harvest per year all in the same tent.
my product has been sampled by many users of this site and a lot of other seasoned smokers, i don't remember the last time somebody told me they didn't like it or they weren't happy with it for any reason. adding to the fact that i prefer my herb over pretty much anything else i have sampled (even of the same cutting) it is enough to tell me that i am at least doing something right.
i understand that i am not doing these plants 100% justice but it is a production method that i have proven works, i go and see the plants once or twice a week ffs. there are people feeding in coco 6 times a day and running co2 gavita lighting etc, i'll let them worry about getting maximum genetic potential. i choose a very basic and simple set up because there is less to go wrong in between me visiting the garden. i still think it produces top quality herb and at a reasonable rate. i don't get budrot, pm or any other pests for that matter. whenever i have had problems in the past ( it's been nearly five years since i've had any mishaps growing) it was because i tried to be greedy with the yield.
quality of the final product is all that matters, they may look scrawny now but trust me in a couple of weeks time this will be a sea of buds. check back then.

I would have to find a pheno I like and do full runs with it.
But the trouble with that is you need to do a few runs with different phenos because the one you loved on the first run could turn out your least favourite and the one you didn't think a lot of could be the winner by a mile after you get it dialed in. All that could take two years though.
So in reality I'll probably do this Cheese run and switch back to Livers. Boring but efficient lol

Again, i challenge you people to address the content of my argument. If this guy grows lanky spindly plants for a specific reason well that's fine, but most growers would lose out by trying to mimic what this guy does. Why do you insist on being offended and playing the victim? I didn't even anything offensive for fucks sake.

I figured since your coming telling other people how to grow, you must be a master grower and I wanted to see your results.
As far as the content....I have been watching GHB's videos for quite some time...every video I have ever seen has shown clean rooms, healthy plants, and solid canopies.

So you ignored pictures of my plants that i posted just yesterday and instead criticized me on a question i posted a week and a half ago that in your eyes made me out to be a noob? It's no longer about my original argument is it? It's now about point scoring. Pretty pathetic to be honest mate.
You're attacking a strawman. I never said his room wasn't clean or that his plants weren't healthy or that his bud quality isn't good. I dont see a solid canopy though. I said that spindly lanky plants are not ideal. If you disagree with that notion, then please explain to me why you should aim for plants that are tall and lanky and lacking in leaf density.
In any case, an argument stands or falls on its own merits, not on the perceived authority of the person making the argument.
