I am using the GHE 3 part. should I use AN BIGBUD for buds? or would it be unnecessary?

Use it on one plant only & compare to the others. Find what works for you. It’s what most people resort to anyhow.
Most nutrient companies would have an extra bottle if it was needed. A 3 part nutrient line should have all you need imo.

If he means GH Flora Series 3 part, that's pretty much all I use, although I use DynaGro Foliage Pro in veg with some Ca/Mg and sometimes Si. I'm also pretty lazy, so there's that.
