People are going to jump on you about how Greenhouse is crap. I have grown GWS before and loved it. Nice smoke. Great high. Nice yields. I plan on growing it again sometime. I have a GWS few beans in the locker.

if gws is related to shantibaba's Shark shock, i would go with the original from Mr Nice seeds.

I am a huge fan of Mr. Nice also but he asked about GHS. If I was given the choice I'd order Mr. Nice. I'm cracking Shantibaba's Super Silver Haze tonight amongst other excellent beans.

A strain is only crap when YOU grow it out, and say damn that's crap. A decision if something is crap or not should involve you, just a thought. I've grown gear before that people have talked down and found some good phenos. I do have to say though I've had a pretty good friend grow G.W.S. and he had a really bad grow. He had stretching problems, but also was having some high temp issues. Plus he had a lower wattage H.P.S. bulb than he was use to using and kept raising his damn hood. He also had some weak stems , but like I said he stretched em out and had heating issues. So I don't really know how the strain would be under ideal temps, I just know they CAN stretch and be weak with heat. Hope this helps a little. Good luck, Good grow, Be safe,

out.I guess i will just grow them and see how it turns out and put up a report, ive had friends buy from GHS and they swear by them, so i guess some people have problems and some don't.

i don't think its much about avoiding problem plants(although it can be) as much as it is about getting the real mccoy, shantibaba, who is the creator of GWS(shark shock at Mr.Nice Seedbank) worked for Greenhouse seeds and left in the 80's or 90's, he invented almost all the strains they had at the time from white widow(black widow at Mr.Nice), critical mass(critical + everywhere else), Mango haze, Super Silver haze, Skunk #1 and he did alot of work with another breeder nevil, the two of them created alot of the building blocks for modern day hybrids.
IMO its like comparing a Big Mac or Whopper to a Five guys burger.

GWShark is my commercial strain. Grows very quick, easy, takes high nutes well. Very potent, sleep weed, great for pain and a sleep aid. Taste and smell are lacking but overall, a really nice strain. Have a look:
Big Bud was a real disappointment. GHS has been a very good source for quality strains, I don't seem to have the problems, that's probably because I'm not concerned with the politics but the quality of the strains. Good luck

I grew out Big Bang twice. I would say it's average. Good for a scrog. My first grow is here..
