Girl Scout Cookies lower branches are dying, feedback please?

Dr. Who I believe that was the issue (: as well as gnats, but thanks for the feedback mang.

You might notice a bit of uneven tops here, theres a couple big ones in the corner was vegged for two weeks ( half the time then the others) then flipped with no training accept some lolly pooping, but I pretty much left those alone and ended up being the tallest but I defiantly see a difference in colas and the yields will be way better with the others I've worked on as of now.

Since then lower leaves are way healthier I do see some damaged lower leaves still but not as much but I have added 3% hydrogen peroxide, dymatize earth, mosquito dunks, gnat control, ever other feed at low strength and it seems to be working. So I'm happy with there progress so far, any comments or critiques for optimal results would be appreciated (:
The bleach spots was due to my 1000hps being to close as my flower room was not high enough. Since then I have made a new grow room with a 8ft ceiling and all is good so far (:.
