Oh yeah I forgot to say the pots are bone dry now but the plants are still showing signs of over watering do I leave then or water them??
Give them some water. They will bounce right back in about a day or so. The new pics show signs that they are already better.

Thanks for all your replies I don't think ph is the issue(although I could be totally wrong) ph is around 6.0 ec around 1.5ish I've only watered 3 times now and there 3 weeks into veg I wait till the soil is nearly dry and then water till I get a small amount of run off it's abit of a double edge blade is this soil business lol
That seems a little long to wait when it's that young. Are you sure they didn't just need water in that pic? I'm sure it would have fixed itself if that were the case tho.

But my first grow I started out with over watering, immediately followed by under water ing (bc I was afraid to over water lol)

no??View attachment 2943724View attachment 2943725View attachment 2943726all three plants here are suffering from a high ph, notice the droopy leaves, claw like looking shape.

ph will do that!! nice thought tho!!
I will say this: my first grow I was in a hurry one day (being rushed) when I was mixing a feed for my soil plants. I had the pH indicator dye, and kept adding more and more pH up and it wasn't changing the color. Finally (since I was being rushed) I just fed it anyways, and that night I came back and all my plants were just like that tops drooped down, and dazzled like a mother fucker.

I'm not gonna say that it was necessarily from the high pH, but more that the problem was caused by putting way too much base in it. It was cheap aquarium buffer, and that one feeding I used like a quarter of the bottle. After I fed and realized I had used that much I was like nooooo.

Point in case- pH can fuck your shit up. But only if you fuck your pH up by fucking with it.
