my room has good air in and out, plenty of fans, temp.ranges 68-78 degrees. humidity about 65%. i grow in black jack soil....now moving to the bloom cycle as plants progress all the shade leaves start to turn rusty along the edges. zebra stripes of yellow,rust and green . very brittle leaves cupped under and crunchy, stem lastly remains green and soft till the whole leaf falls off. small buds. my girls are slowly dieing. i want to help them.

ok you're going to want to put some pictures on here, first of all so that people can see the problems you're describing. Have you been using nutrients at all? and if so try backing off the nutrients and just using water. Speaking of water make sure that it is pH'ed to the correct point (between 5.8 and 6.5 -- I keep mine at 6.0) , or the plants will not be able to take in nutrients in the soil and this could possibly be part of the problem (nute-lock).

Also never heard of black jack soil, sometimes the soil could be the problem but someone else is going to have to help you on that one.

the fan leaves are the only ones dying and turning colors or is it the entire plant?

Finally ---- WHAT light(s) are you using? This will also play a part in finding out the problem.
