While I like free shit, especially seeds, I'm leary of jumping to a link that identifies me as coming from riu. The channel is not visible to anyone outside of riu, and for the cost of a pack of seeds you are linking a youtube channel to a specific riu account, and to a specific shipping address.
I'm in a legal state and order seeds all the time, but this raises my spidie senses. NOT saying there is anything nefarious going on, but I would personally not connect the dots like that.
If I were a task force, this is something I would do. Screen the youtube channels, find what people are growing, and then id them with a free pack of seeds.
Just saying (and yes, my wife calls me paranoid all the time).
