And if you shopped about you could pick up individual bits a bit cheaper the kits are tempting I bought one then found out I had wasted my money and now I don't even use a tent and I'm on my first grow lol

I had some work done on my house and the space the tent was going in was altered and now it won't fit well it will but I can't get in there to do anything so now I'm growing in a walk in wardrobe so yeah I have that tent your looking at or mine might be the m x m x 2.0m so that's money wasted sat up in the loft doing nothing I bought a 600 hps light, reflector and ballast don't use any of them as I can't control the heat so now I'm using 200w cfl to bloom I'm not growing to supply my friends I'm growing to smoke decent weed and not have to pay £10 for .9 of a gram bollucks!!!!

It is so cheap, that for a beginner seems to be enough. Do you think I can grow 1 x Durban Poison and 2 x blue berries in there?

Not too bad, I'm just wondering the quality of the gear in the long run.

I see they used an open reflector.. I think you would be better served with an enclosed reflector to keep heat out of the tent. Not that 250's are that hot but it would help you out.

Yeah, I seriously think I would just do 1-2 harvests max, I just want to do it for hobby sake and to get some quality smoke weed but 1 harvest would last me more than a year, I also found out I can resell most stuff.

Typical yield if you are doing a harvest every few months, is around .5 Grams per watt. So expect around 125 grams of product. Roughly half of that will be popcorn, that you can use for extraction.

I suggest doing a perpetual harvest, on a 2 week rotation. get 10-15 grams every 2 weeks.

By the way, when growing autos, which is the minimal photo period for the grow phase? People say it should be 16/8 - 24/0 but in terms of saving cost and still be able to harvest, not caring so much about yield, can you go let's say 14/10 with Autos?
I was thinking of going like that and maybe 12/12 or even 10/14 when flowering.

You dont need a tent for autos, just find a window. Keep the photoperiod plants in the tent.

Yeah but the smell, you know. By the way, when it comes to the ventilation exhaust, does it always have to end outside the apartment through a window? Because I do have one, but I'm planning to start growing in mid March here in Czech Republic and outside temp can be -1 c, so if it is going to be drawing air from outside would it be too cold?

Or could the exhaust end up in my room (having filter) so that it will be sucking warm air due to the heaters in the room?
