give me your thoughts on my issue

i really have to idea what i was thinking at the time but i put my flowering times on though the day instead of on over night

i have had my light cycle on for two weeks now 12/12 on though day but i need to change that to be on though the night

i do understand its not the best of ideas to change after the plant has adjusted to the light. well too bad i will have to do it anyway

my question is should i give them 36 hours of dark before turning the lights back on 12/12 at night or just stick with 12 hours off before i turn them back on

flower time is currently 8am to 8pm. i turned my light off 8am today so ill be 12 hours by 8pm tonight so extra 24 hours off or on tonight

Personally i would put them on tonight from 12-6 then 12/12 at night from then on - Im not keen on extended dark periods generally
