Giveaway?

I wanted to know if it was OK to do a giveaway for some CBD supplements (wax, liquid, herbs) to members? I could use some feedback on flavor etc, this is the best community for it, and personally I like the majority of the folks here and want to give them something. These are legal supplements made from GRAS food ingredients, so there's no liability issue for the forum.

No we don't allow selling trading gifting contests or anything of the kind by members

This is first and foremost for the safety of our members and second for our mod staff

As we are a world wide website what is legal to some is highly illegal to others

Additionally many members over the years have decided to not abide by this rule and were ripped off by other members which cause much forum drama and people feeling very paranoid about their personal security

Stupid? Thats harsh. Just naive: I worked hard to make something unique and nice and I want to share it. :)

sunni: thanks for the fast response! I forget that there are non USA members. CBD is highly illegal in Canada, and though I'd never send any there, making it seem to be available to them on the forum could cause problems! Its sad to read that people here have abused each other via giveaways, of all things, here, and I understand simply wanting to avoid the whole issue.

I'm sure what your doing can be helpful to many so no need to be upset at the fact you can't share it here. Big your as passionate about what your doing as it seems you'll find the rite place to share it..........but since it is illegal to lots of people here you can't blame Riu for not allowing it But don't be discouraged there's lots of people interested in the topic alone for medicine I'm sure you'll find them if you do a search Peace

Indacouch: I respect RIU and am not upset! I love the folks here, and trust the mods judgements. I mean that truly. We've got great staff here and the rules are necessary for keeping this information resource alive!
